Functieomschrijving & werkzaamheden
- You will take care of the full agenda of your artists on both national and international levels
- You will negotiate the (financial) terms for the bookings of your artists
- You will coordinate all travel requirements and logistics for all club shows and tours
- You will coordinate all contracts and payments
- You will set short term and long term strategies for expanding the profile of your artists
- You will coordinate all PR and marketing related requests for your artists
- You will bring in new business for your artists by pitching potentially new clients and clubs on national and international levels (sales)
- You will make financial reports every month
- You will coordinate all on- and offline media, interview requests, barter deals, sponsoring deals etc.
- You will represent your artists and the agency on the field
Profiel werknemer
- You have at least two years of experience as an agent
- You have HBO work and think level
- You have experience with bookingssoftware
- You have a solid network in the (international) dance scene
- You are a skilled salesperson
- Your Dutch language is flawless and your English is good in both verbal and written communication
- You’re punctual and precise
- You’re willing to travel
- You have a flexible work ethic and not a 9 to 17 mentality
- You can handle stress well
- You can handle multiple projects in the same time span
- You can prioritize
- Experience as an agent is a requirement for this position
