About the job
What will you be doing? As Armada Music’s new Video & Livestream Coordinator, you’ll find yourself living any radio maker’s dream. Armed with a creative mind and refreshing ideas, you will coordinate radio shows (e.g. video and sound recording, livestreaming and editing) for our artists, releases and the Armada Music brand as a whole. In addition to strong planning skills and independent thinking, this will require a lot of teamwork, which is why you’ll be connecting with colleagues from the A&R, Product (Marketing) and Digital departments on a daily basis. Among other challenges, you will: · Manage all aspects of radio show creation, from the necessary preparations to the actual recording of the show(s) and all forms of aftercare (e.g. editing, rendering, promotion, community management); · Manage livestreaming during events and promotional activities; · Create visual content for social media and PR campaigns; · Think about strategic video artwork concepts for new releases and label promo.

What does the chosen one look like? After scooping up a relevant (Bachelor’s) degree, you’ve been showing off your skill set at a Digital Marketing agency or creative company for at least two years. You have mastered Adobe Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator (bonus points if you have applicable knowledge of MS Office and CMS systems such as Wordpress), and you know all about the latest developments in design and multimedia land. You are able to work independently and with great attention to detail.
