HR Manager & Management Assistent in a creative fast growing e-commerce agency
Ask Phill is looking for a Junior HR Manager / Management Assistant to join our fast-growing E-commerce Agency in Amsterdam. We work alongside fashion, lifestyle, and beauty brands to deliver exceptional e-commerce design, development, and marketing results. Our work is fast-paced and contemporary and we need someone who can flourish in this environment. Since the start of Covid our agency has grown from 10 to 40 team members and our ambition is to continue this growth for the coming years. Brands we work with include: Filling Pieces, No Label, Vanilia, Polaroid, Patta, Fest, Gaia Gaia, Karhu, Denham, Parfumado and many more.
About the job
Job description As an HR Manager / Management Assistent you will act as the point of contact for staff and management, ensuring that all processes within resource inflow, through flow and outflow are managed. You will work together with the management team and an external Senior HR advisor. You will also assist management by supporting them with strategic tasks and managing their workload. The ideal candidate is a people’s person and passionate about HR. You like working together with people with all different backgrounds and cultures. You are a strong communicator and you know the importance of HR processes. You also like to help people and like being part of a close team. Responsibilities Managing HR tasks that range from staff administration, recruitment, the onboarding procedure, to monthly payroll and many more Answering all the HR-related questions from employees Review and improve HR processes Working closely with the management team and assist them with tasks
