HR- & Office Manager at Build in Amsterdam

We are an Amsterdam based design and development agency. We build digital flagship stores by combining strategy branding and e-commerce. We work in an international team of passionate builders — designers, developers, writers and strategists — to create award-winning work for both local and international brands like: Suitsupply, Mammut, Ace & Tate, Adidas, and Mendo. As our team is growing, we are looking for a HR- & Office Manager, who can tackle problems like no other and wants to help us keep setting the industry benchmark.

About the job

You will:

  • Be responsible for internal communication regarding HR-related matters
  • Maintain and supervise all processes related to employee contracts, holiday leave, incentives, appraisal interviews, scheduling and guidance of employees in the on- and off-boarding process
  • Support management in the recruitment and application process for new hires
  • Work on supporting and enriching our company culture
  • Help colleagues in their personal development, for example through training, internal coaching processes or the guidance of an improvement plan
  • Be responsible for all facility matters in and around our office
  • Take care of purchasing office supplies, keeping track of the coffee and soft drink supply
  • Coordinate work arrangements and monitor the progress and quality of any outsourced services (managing cleaners and monitoring hygiene)
  • Preparing the Friday afternoon drinks and organizing our occasional company outings (internal or external)
