FOUR Amsterdam is since 2012 THE retail destination when it comes to menswear, with a unique combination of streetwear, contemporary and luxury brands. FOUR was founded as part of a family owned business, Azzurro Fashion Group (Azzurro Due & Azzurro Kids). With a multi-brand concept store and excellent one on one customer service, the customer will experience everything that should come with the perfect fashion lifestyle. We aim to make your shopping at FOUR a special experience.
About the job
Responsibilities: As a Sales Representative in our store, you will be responsible for the following: · Personalizing the FOUR-customer experience and proactively follow up and increase sales · Turning sales contacts into repeat business and building a stable client database · Communicate customer demands to our buying team, staying up to date with customer needs · Ensuring product knowledge of forthcoming, new and existing products in our store · Contributing to the development of our brand by offering a unique and indulgent service.

Essential skills & requirements:
- 2-3 years experience in a luxury store environment;
- Knowledge of the luxury brands;
- A good understanding of the menswear market;
- Fluent in Dutch and English is a must;
- Pro active-approach to driving sales and the FOUR experience;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written);
- A passionate and creative mind;
- No 9-5 mentality.
