Digital Marketer bij Headroom Assistance

About the job
You should have a good grasp of current digital marketing tools and be able to plan and implement integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. A background in branding and communication is a plus.
- Develop and implement a (digital) marketing strategy- and plan;
- Develop, plan, implement, measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals;
- Coordinate and evaluate all of our content, social media posts, campaigns and online presence;
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights;
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and A/B tests;
- Find and manage the right external partners to work with (e.g. content / copywriters);
- Nice to have; brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.

We are looking for a Junior Marketing Manager to develop, plan and implement our (Digital) Marketing strategy for our platform which consists of our services & software. You will be the first Marketing hire within our growing team and you get energy from building out our international brand and awareness. You currently have no marketing colleagues, but you will work closely with the MT. It is a role that requires independence and where it is important that you are hands-on and get energy from executing a plan.
- You have about two years of relevant work experience;
- You are a real go-getter, good communicator and have a hands-on mentality;
- You have good knowledge of SEO, SEA and Google Analytics;
- You get energy from working in a high growth environment and you like to make a positive impact on the world.
- You are strong in the English language, Dutch is nice to have, but not required.
