M&C Saatchi Sport & Entertainment Amsterdam is a creative leader in the passion marketing sector, we connect brands to a diverse range of consumers through the things they love. We deliver award-winning campaigns for a number of leading brands globally, regionally and within individual markets. We work for brands such as Heineken, Reebok, and Shimano. With our growing team of currently 8 people, we are located in the city centre of Amsterdam at the Bloemgracht.

About the job

You are responsible for the orzganizational ins and outs at our beautiful office. You ensure that everyone can work well. This can vary from facilitating, preparing and setting up meetings, providing drinks, keeping office stock up to management, answering phone calls and emails. You are responsible for the representativeness of the office building, which means as much as keeping all areas in the building in order:

  • You are the first point of contact for guests/clients and you accompany them to their appointment
  • Setting up all new joiners and temp staff, making sure appropriate forms have been signed off by HR & all equipment needed has been ordered and set up
  • Handling incoming and outgoing communication (telephone, email, couriers, post)
  • Managing the office planning, scheduling appointments and book the meeting and presentation rooms
  • Organise Christmas party and one Summer Away Day each year
  • Taking care of financial and office administration
  • Assist with adding Dutch suppliers to NetSuite and liaising on any payment matters if needed and assist with any other administrative tasks senior team require
  • Ordering of all office stationery, keeping corporate stationery supplies at an appropriate level
  • Keeping the kitchen tidy; dishwasher loaded, coffee machine clean
  • Representing the office, keeping the plants alive, and the music going

  • You have an enthusiastic, proactive and service-oriented attitude
  • You can work independently and feel responsible
  • You have good social and communication skills and you speak and write excellent Dutch and English
  • You are somewhat administratively trained and you are familiar with office management
