Operations Manager at fast growing e-commerce startup NADUVI

The Operations Manager reports to the Head of Operations and is responsible for onboarding NADUVI's sales partners on its platform. This means, among other things, that she/he ensures that there is an automatic link between the (stock) systems of the sales partners and NADUVI, so that all products and product information are displayed correctly and the process of ordering, delivery and return is properly set up. Together with its team, the Operations Manager is in the lead for connecting all new accounts. An important and challenging position given NADUVI's ambitious growth plans. The Operations Manager has daily contact with the partners, who vary widely in terms of size and professionalism. Therefore, she/he must be able to communicate effectively with IT experts from large companies as well as with executives of small-scale companies. The Operations Manager remains involved even after onboarding. She/he monitors the collaboration via dashboards and steps in if problems or opportunities for improvement arise. Topics that the Operations Manager focuses on are, for example: missing track & trace information, product data that does not arrive properly, delivery times that are too long or managing return flows. The Operations Manager ensures that the technical and operational cooperation with the partners runs as smoothly as possible. An important position in a fast-growing marketplace where success depends on an extensive and high-quality product range. The Operations Manager takes care of the technical and operational management of NADUVI's partners on its platform. She/he works closely with the partners to create an extensive and high-quality offer. She/he is therefore crucial for the success of the new and promising Home & Living marketplace.
