Dit is wie je bent
Therefore we are looking for a customer support hero:
- You have strong social and communicative skills.
- You write and speak good German.
- Given our international growth, writing and speaking English is an advantage. (Speaking a bit of Dutch is a double plus!)
- You like to think along with your clients.
- You are precise, have an eye for detail and you keep yourself busy.
- Working with a computer (Mac) and the web is not new to you.
- You have experience in online customer service, preferably in e-commerce.
- Photoshop experience is a plus.
- It's nice when you have an affinity with interior & styling.
- Bachelor degree work and thinking level. Or you are still a student and you want the coolest side job in the Netherlands.
