Provoke is a creative agency that lives on the edge of innovation. Our aim is to provoke the collective mind and help change narratives. We are researchers at heart. We understand youth culture and all of its nuances and niches. Our agency and studio are rooted in hip hop and we’re shifting our focus to web3. Provoke is in its early stage of transformation and growth and is looking for like minded people who share our values to expand the team.

- 3-5 years agency experience managing high-end projects from A to Z
- Ability to manage multiple, multi-layered projects simultaneously
- Solid understanding of project lifecycles and phases
- Strong communication skills, written and verbal (ENG & NL)
- Well organised, attention to detail & eager to learn
- Pro-active attitude and can-do mentality
- A sense of responsibility is key: for the people you work with, the overall process and final result
