But we're not there yet. Our rapid growth means we are eagerly seeking a new colleague for our Sales team in Amsterdam.

About the job

You will work closely with our customer support team to identify new customers and reach out to them to tell them all about Salonized. You’ll woo them with your passion for our product and share all the reasons why they should be working with salon software. You will be the first point of contact for our customers to start their Salonized journey by handling subscriptions and reaching out to warm leads. You will be in touch with current clients to help them upgrade within Salonized.Overall, you will be responsible for the whole sales process from beginning to end. This position plays a crucial role in the growth of Salonized hence why we are looking for a sales hero who can call our warm leads and give demos to explain the benefits of Salonized and the opportunities it offers. What you will do

  • You will be responsible for achieving commercial targets by converting outbound leads into active users;
  • You will actively contact warm leads by phone;
  • You will be in contact with our current customer base to upsell our software;
  • You will work in a CRM system for reporting progres;
  • You will advise salons on how to optimise their business by using our software;
  • You will give new leads short demonstrations of our software.

  • It is a plus if you have experience in a similar role or outbound sales, preferably within SME;
  • You are resourceful, creative and can come up with innovative ways to achieve results;
  • You are customer-oriented and are highly motivated with good networking skills like the ability to set good arguments and be flexible in conversations;
  • You have a commercial and no-nonsense mindset and you are driven to fulfil goals and targets, as you have a big sales drive;
  • You like to think about improvements and innovations to create a better customer experience and know how to escalate issues;
  • You are proactive and eager to bring in new leads;
  • You feel at ease in a dynamic team;
  • You are not afraid to pick up the phone and enthusiastically tell customers about Salonized, and you love to do so;
  • It would be a big plus if you have affinity with the beauty industry;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English.
