Salonized is a young, enthusiastic company with a common goal: to make beauty professionals happy with easy-to-use salon software. With over 10.000 salons believing in us, we are the market leader in the Benelux. About the job

Your opportunity: Our Customer Support department is the largest division of our company. We put our customers at the heart of our business. Thus far, our customer experience has been an important differentiator between Salonized and our competitors. We are proud of receiving a 9.2 (out of 10) ranking for our service on Trustpilot. To further meet this standard and keep on rocking when we help our customers, we are looking for you. As Head of Customer Support you will be responsible for driving superior customer support to our salons.   What you will do: 

  • Set the overall vision and strategic roadmap for the Customer Support department, focusing on driving product adoption, leading a positive customer experience, and driving growth through gross renewals and net retention improvements.
  • Customer happiness is your number one priority. You will represent the voice of the customer across the business, working cross-functionally to ensure best practices and customer experience is at the forefront.
  • Create a culture and processes which achieve the business goals and objectives with regards to customer service.
  • Lead, inspire and develop the Customer Support department to enhance performance. Ensure the department is ready to scale (> 20 colleagues before 2024) through strategic workforce planning.
  • Drive consistency in customer support standards. You are accountable for the overall performance, efficiency and alignment of the department.

What we hope you bring?

  • A minimum of 6 years of Customer Support experience and a minimum of 3 years of management experience in a fast paced, preferably SAAS,  environment.
  • Proven ability to develop strategies, translate them into initiatives and track successful delivery.
  • Proven experience driving positive change and influencing enhanced performance by improving processes.
  • You are a great communicator, hands on and able to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on all levels.
  • You are commercially minded while also being able to assess the customer’s needs.
  • Fluency in Dutch & English , and other languages are a plus.
