Salonized is hiring: Product Manager
Salonized, Europe’s leading salon management platform, is looking for a talented Product Manager to join its fast-growing international team in the heart of Amsterdam. We are a young, open, slightly crazy and very dynamic company.
About the job
You are part of an Agile team building the all-in-one solution for beauty professionals and salon owners. You work closely together with the Head of Product and Development Team, consisting of Frontend-, Backend Developers, an UX Designer and a Quality Assurance Engineer. You will play a key role in building and expanding our application, used by over 7500 salons every day.
- You analyse user pains, problems and needs and conceptualize the right solutions for their business challenges. You’re ambitious – you come up with smart solutions, not easy ones;
- You identify, analyze and prioritise requirements and structure the requirements in a way that is most effective for the team (user stories);
- You prioritize the user stories, and arrange user stories in the product backlog;
- You ensure that development work is aligned with the roadmap set by the Head of Product;
- After the development of a new feature you facilitate the testing and coordination with QA
- You plan and execute launch activities in collaboration with the Support and Marketing teams and work hard on making all new features a big success.
Dit is wie je bent
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working and thinking level;
- You have 2+ years of professional experience in a similar role;
- You are passionate about working for a SaaS product that makes people happy;
- You can switch between communication styles between technical and business-oriented audiences;
- You are able to structure and prioritize in a rapidly-changing environment;
- Fluent in English;
- Excellent project management skills;
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
