Syndicate the Agency is a globally established booking agency overseeing the careers of an ever expanding roster of internationally established artists as well as breakthrough talent. Syndicate is currently looking to fill the vacancy of Booking Assistant (Fulltime). About the job
Tasks:
- Overall assistance Booking Agent
- Handle incoming requests
- Update artist’s schedules
- Make financial statements
- Plan logistics for artists
- Communicate with artist managers
- Add booking details into our booking system
Dit is wie je bent
You need to:
- Have proven interest in dance music and the industry, we expect to see some relevant work experience or internships
- Be accurate, organised and pro-active
- Be able to handle stressful situations and adapt quickly to changing circumstances
- Have a flexible mentality, no 9-5
- Have excellent command of the English language
- Have good Excel skills
