Who are we? The Darling is a lifestyle brand with two beautiful stores characterized by their cozy living room ambience in the heart of A’dam. At the Darling we are treasure hunters who get inspired by everyday life, people, stories and moments. We sell and and gather clothes, furniture, jewellery, home-deco and accessories; both vintage and new. Our collection is a result of our beloved treasure hunts, it is an eclectic mix of unique yet affordable items.
About the job
We are looking for a new Darling host sale assistant! You welcome our customers into the shop, make them feel at home (offer them a drink for example) and notice their presence. If they need anything, you are their and willing to help and assist them. You’ll make sure the shop looks fresh and styled and you’re responsible for the relaxed living room vibe in the shop. In our search for a new Darling team member, we value more who you are and what you have to offer as a person, than what’s written on your CV. Of course it would be nice if you’re are a true fashion & styling lover, if you can relate to the style of the Darling and if you have some selling/shop experience. But even more important is that you have a Darling personality and are able to create a warm and personal environment for our customers and the other team members. Kindness is magic!

We are looking for a new Darling Host Sale Assistant:
- Strong communication skills and positive mentality
- A high sense of responsibility, you love to bring new ideas to the table and are known for showing initiative
- Flexible in working days, available on mondays and during weekends
- You can work (most of) the summer as well
- Availability for a minimum of 14 hours, but more hours are even better.
