Customer Aftersales (Dutch-speaking) bij Ticketswap
TicketSwap is on a journey to become the world’s favorite platform for fans to buy and sell tickets. On this journey, we’ve already reached over 8 million users across 36 countries. As concerts, festivals, and parties burst back to life, we’re seeing explosive growth with a record number of ticket sales 🚀. This is the perfect moment post-pandemic to join a company working within the live events sector and a unique opportunity to join this passionate and ambitious tech scale-up. We have come a long way ensuring the validity and safety of tickets. We use our very own SecureSwap technology for partners and also have a comprehensive system that monitors users and tickets. However good a system is, there will always be unforeseen things that go wrong. Perhaps the wrong ticket was used or the door staff made a mistake scanning the ticket? Anything may have happened! Helping our customers solve these problems is something we value a lot and it’s crucial to build trust and loyalty amongst our customers. Being customer friendly is your second nature and you are diplomatic with a sense of justice. Besides that you are:
- You are available for at least 24 hours per week;
- Your Dutch and English skills (both written and verbally) are through the roof;
- It's a big advantage if you master any additional languages;
- Interested in the event industry;
- Representative and friendly;
- Not afraid of Friday after work drinks, lasers and smoke machines! 😂
