We have come a long way ensuring the validity and safety of tickets. We use our very own SecureSwap technology for partners and also have a comprehensive system that monitors users and tickets. However good a system is, there will always be unforeseen things that go wrong. Perhaps the wrong ticket was used or the door staff made a mistake scanning the ticket? Anything may have happened! Helping our customers solve these problems is something we value a lot and it’s crucial to build trust and loyalty amongst our customers.

Our Customer Support is the front line; dealing with fans’ questions via phone, chat and email quickly and effectively is one of our key strengths. Therefore, we are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Support hero who will be responsible for providing the best customer service to our fans!
What will you be doing?
- Live problem-solving through phone, chat, email and social media;
- You make sure that mistakes from sellers are being corrected and you find ways to prevent this from happening in the future;
- You make sure the FAQ’s stay up to date and help us improve other texts;
- You recognize fraudulent behaviour and help us prevent this in the future;
- Taking our Dutch customer support to the next level;
- Delivering happiness.
Profiel werknemer
- You speak and write both Dutch and English fluently, additional languages are a plus;
- Located in or near Amsterdam is required;
- You are available for 40 hours a week;
- Being customer-friendly is your second nature, you are a customer enthusiast;
- Helping other people succeed is what you’re passionate about;
- You have a keen interest in the event industry;
- You are representative and friendly.
