TicketSwap is op zoek naar een Partnerships Operations collega!
TicketSwap is on a journey to become the world’s favourite platform for fans to buy and sell tickets. Having just raised our first-ever funding round we are looking forward to growing the team, launching in new countries and rolling out new product features.
About the job
- Working closely together with our Partnerships Managers for all countries;
- Supporting our Customer Service team, helping fans with ticket questions;
- Working with our developers on investigating and solving errors in our service;
- Managing and maintaining the accounts of existing partners and becoming their direct point of contact;
- Assisting our Partnerships Managers with setting up partnered events, contracts and invoicing;
- Taking ownership of inbound emails to the Partnerships team inbox;
- Being responsible for reporting in Hubspot (our CRM tool) and managing your personal accounts.

- You're Dutch-speaking and can speak and write in English fluently;
- You have 1-2 years of work experience (including internships);
- You have a commercial and analytical mindset;
- You're ambitious, energetic and positive;
- You're a great team player who loves to work with people from different backgrounds.
