With over 20,000 Partner salons, processing 1 million orders per month and operating across 11 countries, we're the biggest platform in Europe doing it. We currently employ over 550 brilliantly talented people from the UK right through to Lithuania. Together, we’re on a mission to digitise the industry, putting customers and salon managers in control. Right now, only 5% of people book hair & beauty online, our mission is to change that; connecting consumers with the right experts anytime, from anywhere. We’re looking for an experienced and ambitious Sales Consultant to help us achieve our vision to make the perfect hair & beauty booking service. Being one of the few players in the market across Europe brings its own challenges. Sometimes our business and user problems are known, sometimes they aren’t.
About the job
The Role As our Sales Consultant you will be a real hunter as your job is to find, onboard and encourage salons in Belgium to join the Treatwell platform and welcome them as new Treatwell family members. You will be responsible for your own region in Belgium and this role is key in driving growth in the Belgium market. You will explore new salons by pro-actively searching on the internet and by visiting different cities to look for new potential partners. You reach out to them by phone and explain the benefits of working with Treatwell after which you will be showing them demo’s from our Amsterdam office. You will be mainly working remotely from our office in Amsterdam. Every now and then you have to go to Brussels to visit salons, but the main part of your job takes place in Amsterdam. Your responsiblities
- Find, onboard & encourage salons in Belgium to join our Treatwell platform
- Analyze data and insights and make informed decisions on areas and postal codes to focus on
- Pro-actively search for new salons on the internet or go on the road once a month to visit new salons
- Show new potential partners our demo tool to pitch Treatwell and highlight the value of collaborating with us
- Weekly sales sessions with the sales team continuously improve the sales process and discuss new ideas how to drive growth

- You have a clear and open communication style with strong verbal & oral skills in French and English (Dutch is a preference)
- You like to work with targets, and you have a real can-do attitude
- You have a passion for tech and/or beauty
