Winkelstraat.nl is Benelux’ New Luxury Leading Platform, providing a frictionless end-to-end marketplace solution to 400+ retail and brand partners across Europe. Founded in 2012, the Winkelstraat.nl team (~50 people) services partners in 10 different countries, shipping thousands of orders a day, while working both remotely and across 2 offices (The Netherlands & Portugal). Our target audience is high spending and young (15-30y). With already more than 500 global luxury and local niche brands represented, our aim is to become the best locally connected new luxury platform for youngsters globally.
Functieomschrijving & werkzaamheden
- Defining the Office & Facility management roadmap and creating alignment internally
- Improve and create processes that facilitate everyday (office) operations and benefit our team
- Monitor office supplies and order new stationery, furniture and electronics
- Bring joy to the team by coordinating food & beverages to ensure the team stays hydrated!
- Leading office events in which we celebrate our milestones, holidays and birthdays!
- Management of the Office & Facility budget
- Organizing introduction programmes for new employees
- Administration of contracts
- Managing cleaning vendors
- Ensuring the office space will help the team reach their goals
Profiel werknemer
- MBO degree
- 3 years experience in office and facility management
- Strong communicator, fluent in English
- Hands-on teamplayer
- Service/customer first mindset
- Mentality of a winner
- Experienced in prioritization and time management
- Creativity to suggest and independently implement improvements
