About the job

As an innovative and fast-growing company, we are always on the lookout for new Youngsters to join our family. We’re looking for a Financial and Administrative Team Member (16 to 38 hours a week) who will partly be responsible for the financial administration. You’ll be in direct contact with our financial director and external accountant. The other part of the job contains coordinating facility management and the automation of our processes. With this you get the chance to lay the steppingstones for a more efficient and productive organization, which is a major key for our further growth. What will you be doing to make that happen?

  • Processing supplier invoices and employee declarations. Paying approved invoices in payment batches.
  • Financial contact person for all suppliers.
  • Keeping accounts payable data up-to-date, notifying/implementing any necessary changes.
  • Checking and processing "end of month" financial tasks (stock lists, monthly cash reports, up to date prices etc.).
  • Preparing investment proposals to the management with the corresponding cost-benefit analysis.
  • Cross charging overhead costs to the various cost centers/units according to applicable allocation keys.
  • Supervising and improving internal automation projects.
  • Responsible for general ICT support and initiating proposals for the automation of programs within the company.
  • Contact and support person for managers regarding the overall administration.
  • Managing and ordering office stock supplies.
  • Processing incoming and outgoing postal mail.
  • Scheduling meetings and preparing meeting notes.

Who can work accurately and efficiently—especially in regards to the financial side of the role. You will be the contact person between our financial director and bookkeeper for the overall financial administration. You have excellent attention to detail and an eye for numbers to keep our administration running smoothly. You are a go-getter with good communication skills in Dutch and English.
