Founded and created by a team of enthusiastic hospitality-minded youngsters with one clear goal: the development of innovative hospitality concepts that respond to current trends and the needs of tomorrow. While our focus is on creating new hospitality concepts, we consult and maintain relations with the existing hospitality industry. About the job
The HR Manager guides and manages the overall operations of Human Resources services, policies and programs for our company. The HR Manager leads HR practices and objectives that will provide a team-oriented culture that emphasizes empowerment, quality, productivity, the recruitment and ongoing development of the highest level of talent. The HR Manager coordinates implementation of services, policies and programs through HR; reports to the COO and owners and serves on the Management Team. The HR Manager will team up with General Managers to implement HR strategies. The HR Manager is a solution-driven creative thinker with an eye for the bigger picture and able to motivate team members in achieving the company goals.
Dit is wie je bent
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline
- Knowledge of Dutch labour law
- Expertise in HR systems (Nostradamus and NMBRS)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English is a must
- 5+ years HR experience
- 3+ years of experience working in a managing a team
- Hospitality minded with strong communication skills
