About the job
Your Majesty is looking for a warm, caring, and positive people person. Someone who is comfortable being proactive while working effectively and organized. Your skills
- Approachable, hospitable friendly and energetic
- Excellent verbal/written communication skills
- Organized, good timekeeper, attention to detail
- Experience with accounting and finance
- Dutch speaking
Daily engagements
- Front of house and phone greeter
- Filing and records management (digital and paper)
- Coordinate weekly studio breakfast and Friday meetings
- Tracking, prioritization, the fulfillment of office to do’s
- Sub-tenant, landlord and studio issues contact
- Supplies and inventory planning, procurement, coordination
- Keeping studio neat and tidy and continuously working on improving it
- Mediate staff issues/needs
- Have a presence in a room, the ability to earn respect and influence people

As our Studio Manager, you are good-natured, empathetic, and have a smile for everyone. Your role is to provide key support for our operations and manage the everyday details we use and evolve to take care of each other. As well as ensuring, our organization operates smoothly, efficiently, and happily. You can meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment while keeping all office management priorities and expectations in mind. This role requires attention to detail and problem-solving skills that you apply to any challenge, task, or opportunity.
