About the job
We are looking for an eCommerce Manager. Dstrezzed is a fast growing clothing brand, currently successful in more than 20 countries. Because of the fast growing pace of their online branch, we are looking for an eCom Manager to be in charge of their commercial growth on the webshop and their revenue on marketplaces. As the Ecommerce Manager of Dstrezzed, your general focus is to develop and manage digital strategies for online channels. Together with the Designteam and Marketing Department, you are coordinating the developments of product content and are in charge of reaching online sales targets. With your strategic mindset, you will create and optimize the Shopify webshop as well as keeping in contact with external marketing agencies for online campaigns. In short, you are in charge of P&L, PKI’s, budgetting and relationship management.
Dit is wie je bent
- You have a university-level of thinking and working, with a commercial background
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of eCommerce
- You are Comfortable with setting up and optimizing funnel growth strategies, products, and processes
- You are able to optimize store (Shopify)
- You are knowledgable in marketplaces processes, especially Zalando
- You are capable of doing full-funnel optimization
- You have hands-on experience working with paid channels (Facebook, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, Google) and optimizing metrics such as ROAS and CAC
- You have the data-driven and analytical mindset to interpret and analyze data from multiple sources
- You have strong communicative, organisational and leadership qualities
- You are fluent in English and Dutch (speaking and writing)

- Data & Analytics: Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics
- A/B Testing: i.e Google Optimize,
- Automations: i.e Zapier
- Email & Marketing Automation: i.e Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Active Campaign
