FB-Trade (Easyfresh Express) is a Dutch company specialised in building and growing food and beverage brands across Europe. The key brand in our portfolio is Kizandy® — a premium candy brand newly introduced to the European market and rapidly expanding.
This vacancy is fully focused on Kizandy®. We are currently in an exciting phase where we are building the brand from the ground up in the EU — shaping its identity, growing its presence, and creating a strong connection with consumers.
Kizandy® combines sugar-free, vegan-friendly mints and sours with bold flavours and stylish, reusable tins — designed to be part of everyday life and elevate everyday moments.
We’re looking for someone who wants to grow together with the brand and make a real impact from the start.
About the job
Do you have a strong feel for social media and instinctively understand what a brand needs to grow? Are you not just someone who executes, but someone who thinks, creates, and builds? Then this role might be exactly what you’re looking for. As our Social Media & Content Specialist, you will take an active role in shaping and growing Kizandy® in Europe.
Your work
- You manage and grow our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
- You create and execute a monthly content calendar
- You develop engaging content — from short-form videos and reels to visuals and posts
- You spot trends early and translate them into brand-relevant content
- You support campaigns, product launches, and activations
- You analyse performance and continuously optimise content and strategy
- You work closely with our targeting specialist (paid ads social), supporting campaign setup, monitoring, and optimisation.
Dit is wie je bent
- HBO work and thinking level
- 1–3 years of relevant experience in social media and content creation
- Strong understanding of content strategy and campaign planning
- Experience with or strong interest in paid social (Meta Ads)
- Analytical mindset — you understand what works and how to improve it
- Creative thinking with a strong sense for both visuals and copy
- Strong communication skills in both English and Dutch
