About the job

Are you ready to make impact in the music industry through data-driven performance marketing? As a Performance Marketeer Benelux, you will work with a rich set of campaign and audience data to drive measurable results across digital platforms. Your insights and optimizations will directly influence how our artists and releases perform in the market.

You will join the Performance & Insights team and work closely with Local Frontline and Data, supporting both the Dutch and Belgian markets from our offices in Amsterdam or Brussels. This role is focused on execution, optimization, and impact.

A selection of your responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize online media campaigns across Spotify, Meta, TikTok, Google, and Snapchat.
  • Manage media budgets provided by Project Managers, ensuring efficient allocation across campaigns and assets.
  • Set up campaigns based on strategic briefings and creative assets delivered by the Local Frontline teams.
  • Define audience segmentation using insights from Project Managers and Data.
  • Monitor performance continuously, reallocating spend from low- to high-performing campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Analyze campaign outcomes, translate results into actionable insights, and report back to stakeholders.
  • Document learnings and contribute to the shared performance knowledge base to ensure each campaign improves on the last.

You are analytical, structured, and results-oriented, with a strong understanding of performance marketing and digital media platforms. You enjoy working with data, and KPIs, and you thrive in an environment where impact can be clearly measured.

  • Around 2 years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns across major platforms.
  • Strong experience with Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Comfortable working with performance metrics, tracking, and optimization frameworks.
  • Able to translate data into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and collaborative, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, working confidently in an international environment.
