About the job
Your tasks?
- You will assist the agents with their daily tasks;
- You will schedule meetings and phoners for the agent;
- You will perform administrative tasks in a time sensitive manner;
- You are responsible for adding all booking requests in our booking system and you ensure that it is fully up to date with all relevant information;
- You will prepare the shows of the artists with the (inter)national clients;
- You will handle contract and invoice negotiations with the promoters / clubs;
- You will coordinate all PR and marketing related requests for our artists;
- You will coordinate all on- and offline media, interview requests, barter deals, sponsoring deals etc.;
- You are assisting in organizing merchandise planning and execution;
- You will assist in logistics for all club shows and tours when needed;
- You will bring in new business for our artists by pitching potentially new clients and clubs on national and international levels (sales);
- You assist in financial reports every month;
- You will work across multiple time zones to accommodate your global clients;
- You will be available in case of emergency at all times;
- You will represent your artists and the agency in the field.

Who are you?
- You have HBO working and thinking level
- You have an extensive knowledge of all Windows Office programs;
- Sales is in your nature
- Your Dutch language is flawless and your English is good in both verbal and written communication
- You’re punctual and precise
- You have a flexible work ethic and not a nine-to-five mentality
- You are a logical thinker and have clear communication skills
- You can handle stress well
- You are good at multi-tasking and can handle multiple projects at the same time
- You can prioritize
- You’re willing to travel
- You are eager to learn new things
- Experience in the dance scene is an advantage
