The Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) Foundation is the leading business platform for the electronic music industry and the world’s largest club festival for electronic music and dance culture. With over 300 venues, 3.200 performing acts, and approximately 600.000 visits from music lovers and professionals worldwide, Amsterdam becomes the global hub for electronic music for five days.

Are you a student with an affinity for communication and customer contacts? Can you empathize with different types of visitors and do you want to help to follow up their questions and wishes to your satisfaction? Do you have a great interest in music events and would you like to contribute to that? Then we are looking for you!
ADE is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated intern for the Customer Relations & Ticketing department.
Dit is wie je bent
- Are able to act as the first point of contact for various types of visitors, from industry professionals to festival attendees;
- Have strong empathy and are customer- and service-oriented. You can anticipate potential questions and commercial opportunities;
- Can handle busy environments and easily switch between different tasks, channels, and systems;
- Are capable of maintaining relationships with contacts both nationally and internationally;
- Work result-oriented, systematically, and with great attention to detail;
- Are flexible and creative in finding solutions;
- Have an affinity with the (electronic dance) music industry;
- Are currently enrolled in a study program that allows this internship. A minimum of HBO level is a plus;
- Have good knowledge of office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel);
- Experience with project management software and CRM systems is a plus;
- Have good knowledge of social media (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.);
- Have strong communication skills, both spoken and written (preferably Dutch and English);
- Live in or close to Amsterdam, and are available to work from our office in the North of Amsterdam.
Please note: Availability from May/June to November 2026 is required, including during the summer vacation. Exact start and end dates to be determined in consultation.
