About the job
Antfood is hiring an experienced & ambitious Marketing & Sales Coordinator to join our small and mighty team in Amsterdam, while working globally with teams in New York, São Paulo and Los Angeles. In this role, you’ll manage our content and brand channels and drive our internal marketing & sales processes. The role balances the rigor of marketing and soft sales processes, with creative content creation and distribution to help build the business across clients (creative agencies, animation studios, brands), projects, teams, and influence.
- Own the Marketing Pipeline. Operate processes and coordinate with production teams for real results
- Manage content calendar & social channels, including day-to-day posting, messaging, & content
- Organize & send out monthly newsletter using Figma & Mailchimp
- Strategize and instigate sales & marketing initiatives including: events, client gifts, general outreach
- Lead Amsterdam and participate in Global Sales initiatives, setting monthly goals & priorities, researching new opportunities, manage automated cold outreach
- Project manage original content, such as case studies, thought leadership, brand films
- Update and maintain website content, to best portray Antfood’s work and culture, and future
- Manage submissions to industry awards & help coordinate speaking engagements
- Support sales by sharing and curating capabilities presentations to existing and potential clients, to showcase our craft and methodology
- Evaluate performance of channels to build strategies & best practices
Dit is wie je bent
The right candidate is equal parts creative and organized, but not afraid to get their hands dirty. They have at least a few years of experience in marketing & content, and most importantly an entrepreneurial spirit and eagerness to lead.
- a self-starter with a strategic and entrepreneurial spirit. Passionate about marketing and excited for the opportunity to flex their skills, grow, and lead.
- fluent in English with excellent copywriting and communication skills, add’l languages a plus
- 3+ years experience in marketing/sales including social media/content management. Experience in and understanding of the creative industry is a plus.
- basic skills in Photoshop, Premiere/or similar, Figma, Canva, Mailchimp, and/or other digital content creation tools, Excel/Sheets, and Asana, and Airtable, Google Slides/Keynote
- passionate about craft-driven creative work and an interest in music!
