We are the market leader in Benelux and are now conquering the rest of the world. We are looking to further develop our business worldwide, and for that we need you. We are looking for a Visual Designer with experience in User Interaction to support our Video & Design team. Can you think out of the box and have a strong eye for details? About the job
You will join our creative Video & Design team, which is part of the global Marketing team, consisting of 20 members with different backgrounds and specializations. Your function focuses on reinforcing the digital design part in the team, meaning creating visuals for different types of projects, such as website UI & imagery, digital banners, flyers, merchandise products, creatives for advertising campaigns, or social media content. You will be a hands-on brand ambassador for our digital assets, incorporating our new brand into everything you create. As a member of the Video & Design team you are Channables window to the rest of the world, creating visuals that represent the company online and offline. Bringing a high level of creative energy to the team, you introduce original ideas and have a keen eye for detail. You are able to create imaginative and appealing designs to promote the company's vision. You will work on:
- Website UI & imageryImages for Social Media
- Templates for our digital asset bank
- Images for internal communication & HR
- Banners, booklets, flyers, infographics for Marketing campaigns
- Photography and image editing

As a Visual Designer you mainly focus on digital media. You are responsible for designing the look and feel of Channable’s online presence. Together with our senior creative designer you will build the organization’s design strategy and determine what goes into the brand’s voice. Besides crafting a unified image for the brand across different digital communication platforms you will own the voice, look, and feel of the brand and make sure it remains consistent. You are a brand advocate and a good communicator, and you’re a good fit for our young, dynamic, and motivated team. Additionally, there are some things we would like to see in your experience and skill set:
- 4-6+ years of experience in graphic design/ visual design or multimedia design
- Experience in B2B/eCommerce company is a plus
- Graphic Design/Fine arts qualification or similar
- Proven knowledge of the following Adobe programs: InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
- Previous experience in Sketch, Figma, or any similar tool.
- Camera handling is a plus
- You’re fluent in English
- You live in (or close to) Utrecht or you’re willing to move here
- You’re available for at least 4 days a week.
