DAILY PAPER ZOEKT EEN HR MANAGER!

As the company is still growing, one of the main priorities is to develop a solid HR department that grows in line with the future goals of the company. Together with the HR advisor, you are responsible for all existing HR processes, optimizing current HR structures, and implementing new processes needed to support the organization and employees in the scale-up phase that we are currently in. You are aware of the importance of the role that an HR Manager fulfils and knows how to translate the business goals into operational tactics. Preferably you have experience in developing a learning environment, optimizing leadership skills, and supporting professional & personal growth on each level. As HR Manager you oversee Daily Paper’s entire HR process. In this role, you ensure that the HR operations run smoothly. You always create and maintain a fun and creative working environment whilst carrying out the Daily Paper values. You are part of the Management team and provides advice to the board. You work closely with all departments and employees on a day to day basis. Responsibilities

• Forms strategic HR targets to realize the company goals and develops policies for the board.
• Is part of the management team and responsible for the development of the strategic organizational policies.
• Translates the approved policies into tactics and operational HR policies and is responsible for the implementation within each department.
• Informs and advises the board on each HR matter.
• Realizes quantitative and qualitative staffing and handles possible bottlenecks.
• Keeps track and analyses all relevant internal and external developments and translates these to actions and possibilities for the organization.
• Manages recruitment and advises /supports all managers in the recruitment process.
• Responsible for correct payroll administration.
• Manages yearly performance reviews and supports management in the yearly process review cycles.
• Contribute to the personal development & retention of the teams.
• Optimize current processes and helps to build a learning organization

Requirements

• A Bachelor degree in HR, Business Administration
• Experience level of at least 5 years in a similar HR role
• Knowledge of HR rules and regulations
• Knowledge of payroll / HR/recruitment systems
• Knowledge of labour laws & working with CAO’s
• Ability to create a community & work with all kinds of nationalities
• Excellent verbal and writing skills in English and Dutch
