We are now looking for a passionate and driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team and take our international market presence to the next level. About the job
You are the main point of contact for our international retailers and represent Donsje worldwide with natural flair. During the wholesale seasons, you enthusiastically present our latest collections to clients, ensuring a sales experience that is not only commercially strong but also stylish and thoughtfully curated.
Throughout the season, you maintain close contact with our retailers and agents to ensure a smooth and successful collaboration — with a keen eye for detail, quality, and personal attention. You actively monitor sales performance and targets, taking initiative where needed to maximize every partnership.
You’re also constantly looking ahead: identifying new market opportunities, building meaningful relationships, and knowing exactly where Donsje can expand and grow. Alongside the Sales team, you represent the brand at international trade shows and in our showrooms, always delivering the highest standards in presentation, service, and brand experience.
Dit is wie je bent
- You have completed a relevant HBO or WO degree (or international equivalent)
- You have 0-3 years of relevant work experience
- You have a passion for fashion and high-quality materials
- You have excellent command of English and Dutch, both spoken and written. Any additional languages are a welcome bonus!
- You have strong communication skills and enjoy using them to achieve the best possible results
- You combine outstanding sales talent with top-notch customer service skills
- You are a hands-on team player with a proactive attitude and a positive mindset
- You are analytical, service-oriented, and able to work independently
