The FERTI·LILY® Conception Cup is a hormone-free conception aid that helps increase the chances of getting pregnant at home. Developed by medical entrepreneur Robert Stal, the Conception Cup launched in the Netherlands in 2019 and is now sold over the counter in pharmacies and online via distribution partners in 27 countries worldwide. Behind the scenes at FERTI·LILY we’re a small team working hard to grow the business so that we can help even more couples feel in control of their fertility and make their little miracle.
About the job
Throughout the internship you’ll have the opportunity to get involved in a wide range of projects. Your main focus will be analysing our online marketing activities and website performance but you’ll also learn about Market Research, Business Development and Customer Care. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create KPI reports from Google Analytics and Facebook Business Manager to track our campaign performance;
- Analyse campaign performance to challenge our marketing agency and define best practices for our brand;
- Analyse and Optimise the User Experience; check, update and optimise our website accordingly;
- Provide support to ad hoc marketing and business development activities;
- Review and share online marketing best practices in the women's health and equivalent industries;
- Support Customer Care by processing emails and online reviews, creating surveys and analysing its results.

FERTI·LILY is looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to support our marketing activities during a 6-month internship based in Amsterdam. This is an exciting role for a budding online marketing professional who is empathetic, data-driven and proactive. ABOUT YOU
- You enjoy the hunt for new information and proving and disproving theories with data
- You are currently enrolled on a Bachelors or Masters in a function-related study
- Experience with Google analytics and Facebook Business Manager is a big plus
- You are a Data-driven and independent worker with a "can-do" mentality
