As a Strategy Lead, you drive the development of social-first strategies that translate client business goals into impactful brand and campaign direction. By combining consumer insights, market analysis, and platform expertise (e.g. TikTok, YT and Instagram), you shape positioning, content, and creative concepts that deliver measurable results and cultural impact. 

You work closely with the Creative, Data & Insights, and Brand Partnerships teams to turn intelligence into clear strategic direction. As a senior strategist, you confidently present and defend your thinking while building strong client pitches and strategies. In addition to your own strategic execution, you lead and develop the strategy team, fostering a collaborative, high-performing environment and contributing to overall agency growth.

Responsibilities:

• Set the strategic direction for clients, within pitches as well as ongoing retainer clients for social channels and influencer campaigns 
• Translate business objectives and market insights into social-first strategies that drive measurable impact
• Lead and grow the strategy team, developing their skills through coaching and mentorship
• Collaborate with Data & Insights to turn category, audience, and platform intelligence into actionable strategy
• Collaborate with Brand Partnerships team to turn strong ideas into compelling pitches and presentations, and provide strong strategic angles 
• Deliver social-first, 360-degree campaigns that create cohesive and distinctive brand narratives
• Lead strategic planning, identifying growth opportunities and defining clear objectives and KPIs
• Facilitate and lead workshops and brainstorming sessions to unlock innovative campaign ideas
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment and develop sourcing strategies to attract diverse, top-tier talent
• Deliver strategic frameworks and end-to-end decks that can be plug and play 
• Facilitate as a strategic sparring partner for our clients
