From our office in Amsterdam, GEA Live designs, produces and distributes live entertainment inspired by and in collaboration with beloved brands and IPs. Projects range from TV shows, Film and Music, with its focus on Gaming and Anime, including Avatar: The Last Airbender In Concert, PlayStation The Concert, Dirty Dancing In Concert and Twilight In Concert, among many others.

About the job
As the Coordinator Creative & Talent at GEA Live, you will play a pivotal role in bringing creative visions to life by supporting the Production Team in in all creative and talent related areas. Working closely with the GEA Live team and an international network of vendors, you will oversee multiple productions at various stages, from inception to performance. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the talent planning and creative production aspects of each project are executed flawlessly. In this role, you will report to the Associate Producer Creative and Talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative & Talent Coordination – Assist in sourcing, hiring, contracting, and scheduling creative team members like composers, conductors, arrangers, musical directors, choreographers and designers as well as performers and musicians for our touring productions around the world.
- Logistics & Scheduling Support – Help plan and oversee scheduling and logistical needs for our productions including workflow for creative teams with delivery milestones for artistic content like music, video and light and stage designs, as well as the planning and coordination of auditions, workshops, and rehearsals.
- Administrative & Resource Management – Maintain and update resource workbooks, create production overviews, and track project deliverables.
- Production Advancing & On-Site Supervision – Work with touring production and company managers who advance all shows with local promoters and provide live troubleshooting for artistic production matters.

Dit is wie je bent
- You have a degree in a relevant field (e.g., Conservatory, Media & Entertainment, Event Management, Leisure/Tourism Management, Business Management).
- 1-2 years of experience in a supporting role at a live entertainment company is a plus.
- Some level of music education and the ability to read and interpret sheet music are a plus.
- Demonstrate the ability to take direction and prioritize tasks while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Exhibit excellent relationship-building and influencing skills; personable with outstanding communication abilities.
- Demonstrate a "can-do" attitude, strong accountability, and a willingness to go the extra mile for excellence.
- Collaborate effectively and radiate positive energy, contributing to a vibrant team environment.
- Understand the culture of the entertainment industry and maintain a fun, friendly, and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google Apps for Business.
- Fluent in English (Dutch is not mandatory).
- Available full-time and on-site in the Amsterdam office for at least 4 days per week.
- Hold a Dutch residence and/or work permit.
