From our office in Amsterdam, GEA Live designs, produces and distributes live entertainment inspired by and in collaboration with beloved brands and IPs. Projects range from TV shows, Film and Music, with its focus on Gaming and Anime, including Avatar: The Last Airbender In Concert, PlayStation the Concert, Demon Slayer in Concert, Dirty Dancing In Concert and Twilight In Concert, among many others.
As a Sony Music Entertainment Company, GEA Live has the capability to bring hundreds of shows to life each year in any corner of the globe, with the US being the focus market.
About the job
As the Junior Business Administrator, you’ll provide support in managing GEA’s organizational financial operations. This entry-level role that involves tasks like processing invoices, updating budgets, chasing settlements, assisting with financial reporting, and maintaining financial records. You’ll not only support and assist GEA’s Financial Director with a very wide array of tasks but work actively and closely with the Senior Associate Budget Producer to make sure all our productions stay financially on track. This is administrative and analytical role that requires strong Excel skills, a proactive mindset, and an affinity for live entertainment.

- Minimum MBO / HBO level in business administration
- 1 year relevant experience
- Experience with Excel and Word
- Have an understanding of fundamental accounting concepts and practices
- A strong personality, able to work independently with minimal supervision, but also able to work and collaborate as part of a team and work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- You’re a self-starter who takes full responsibility and ownership of the tasks before them
- You understand the culture that comes with the entertainment industries and possess a ‘fun’, friendly and professional demeanor
- Fluent in English and Dutch
- Available full-time and on-site in the Amsterdam office for at least 4 days per week.
