About the job

We are quickly growing our Dutch operations as well throughout the rest of Europe, therefore we are looking for a self-starting, entrepreneurial Sales Manager to lead our European sales activities.

  • Take ownership of, and lead the end to end sales process for the Dutch region;
  • Be responsible for the development and implementation of the commercial activity plan for the Dutch/European market in partnership with the CFO, Marketing Manager and our Business Development Manager;
  • Proactively identify commercial opportunities, partnerships and following up leads. We are targeting for a multi-million growth in 2023 and 2024, for which we look at our Sales Manager to help realize;
  • Build a strong funnel and or waitlist of qualified new members wanting to start their service subscription;
  • Create and sign contracts with new members to meet to the sales quota on a timely basis;
  • Maintain accurate and complete sales data and metrics in CRM tools, such as Pipedrive.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years experience in sales (service/staffing industry preferred);
  • Thorough understanding and proven network among our ideal customer profile;
  • Extensive experience with prospecting/hunting and cold calling;
  • Easily create, grow, organize, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline;
  • Analytical and highly metrics and process-driven;
  • Collaborative, team-oriented style of work;
  • Strong work ethic with self-starter attitude;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Highly organized and self-driven. Always making data-driven decisions.
