About the job

Lumina Music is looking for a Label Manager to run the day-to-day operations of its music imprints across DSPs, YouTube, and social platforms. You will take ownership over the full release pipeline across all labels, manage relationships with producers and artists, coordinate release campaigns and playlist strategies, and help keep Lumina Music’s growing catalogue organised and running smoothly.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys taking initiative, managing multiple moving parts, and being closely involved in the daily operations and growth of modern music brands within a fast-moving digital music environment.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Own the day-to-day operations and management of all live Lumina Music imprints
  • Take ownership over the full release pipeline, ensuring releases are delivered accurately and on time
  • Coordinate release campaigns, pitching, playlist strategy, and short-form marketing activities
  • Manage and optimise playlists using streaming performance data, listener behaviour, and SEO insights
  • Manage the full agreement process and maintain a clear overview of active deals
  • Act as the primary contact for producers and artists while actively scouting and onboarding new talent
  • Manage Lumina Music’s presence across DSPs, YouTube, and social platforms while maintaining brand consistency
  • Improve and document workflows and operational processes as the catalogue continues to grow

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts simultaneously
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and naturally structured in the way you work
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership over projects and processes
  • Strong communication skills when working with artists, producers, and external partners
  • Understanding of streaming platforms, playlist strategy, and DSP SEO
  • Naturally interested in improving workflows and operational efficiency

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS

  • Able to analyse streaming data and translate insights into action
  • Understanding of digital music distribution
  • Understanding of TikTok, Reels, and short-form content ecosystems
  • Familiarity with music agreements and basic rights management
  • Affinity with electronic music and functional music

This is a hybrid role, with flexibility to work both remotely and from the Frequency office in the heart of Amsterdam’s Jordaan, where you’ll share a creative space with the teams at Frequency and Frequency Digital.
