Not Selling Liquid is a young and dynamic full-service digital growth agency with customers in the fashion & lifestyle industry. We design, develop, grow and manage Shopify webshops. Functieomschrijving & werkzaamheden
We are looking for a full-time E-commerce Operations Specialist who is passionate about e-commerce and fashion. The ideal candidate has experience in working with Shopify, has an excellent understanding of end to end ecommerce operations and project support and is native English speaking.
Key responsibilities
- Support the Ecommerce Operations Manager in all day to day frontend operations from the e-commerce of a fast growing fashion label
- Create, maintain and improve products in Shopify
- Manage inventory management
- Sync product data to multi-stores
- Launch new collections, capsules, collaborations & sales
- Merchandise homepage content, collections, navigation and search per multi-store
- Manage translations per multi-stores
- Manage payment methods per multi-store
- Maintain Shopify product data & Apps
- Constantly improving the QA & CS pages
- Perform quality control on product content & completeness
- Triage or directly resolve inquiries from online shoppers / customer-service agents, by supporting the Ecommerce Operations Manager for all ecommerce related escalations
- Optimize processes and systems to continually improve customer experience and service level delivery
- Monitor payment performance and approval rate, and resolve any frictions in the order flow
- Support the Data Analyst with reporting on all relevant KPIs and markets to determine best practices and necessary localizations.
Profiel werknemer
Skills required
- +1 years of experience in E-commerce roles
- Native English speaking
- Must have experience in working with Shopify
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications or similar field
- Understanding and general knowledge of UX and digital customer journey best practices
- Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented problem solver with positive approach to taking on challenges.
