Operations Manager O My Bag

About the job
Now we are looking for a multi-talented, highly motivated jack-of-all-trades that keeps our office, customer service and logistics running smoothly and enjoys a fast paced rhythm. Logistics:
- Improve and maintain relationship with our warehouse, optimize B2B and B2C logistics.
- You’ll be responsible for our quality control from the moment stock arrives at our warehouse in NL and know everything about the stock in the warehouse. This means you make sure that data about product issues occurring are constantly gathered and analysed.
- You draw conclusions on neccessary next steps to ensure happy customers and make sure there is a feedback loop on needed product improvements back to our Product Manager.
- All operational get-to is yours to pick up. This can switch from implementing a new software system to driving to our warehouse to physically check our stock and solve any issues we’re facing.
Customer Service:
- Together with our Operations intern you go the extra mile and wow our customers from the heart. You research what’s there to improve and keep an eye out on if our tone of voice is used.
HR:
- Hire new talent and measure, analyze and improve our employee happiness.
Office Management:
- You will make sure the office always looks its best and runs smoothly and as sustainable as possible. You order office supplies, answer calls, keep track of the office agenda and plan team meetings.

- You have experience with managing a team.
- You love to organise and be on top of things. You will run projects in relation to logistics, customer care, HR and the office. Improving processes gets you going.
- You love optimizing data and weekly give the team an update on how we’re doing regarding Customer & Employee Happiness and Quality Controls.
