oneUp is a boutique agency and home to around 50 innovators with a broad culturally diverse background. We are hands down the coolest company to work for, and our culture is truly unique. We are looking for a person who can facilitate our creative consultants with an overview of finance and operations. Working in a fast-paced scaleup, you have to lean in and not be afraid to tackle things head on. Because of our rapid growth, we’re looking for  someone who knows how to roll up his/her sleeves and get the job done.

Therefore, we are currently looking for a business operations manager. As our business operations manager, you are proactive, analytic with an eye for detail and bring structure to the hectic pace of a scaleup. You get excited over the challenge of scaling our processes as our business grows. You are responsible for financial project management and strategic work to improve the overall workflow. Furthermore, you will coordinate and oversee administrative execution and report directly to the COO.

Primary Job Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for our projects workflow and budgeting; You have an overview of budgets, deadlines, scopes, and you take on an advisory role to make sure efficiency is maintained throughout the projects.
• You are responsible for our administrative execution by managing external partners.
• You oversee communication with our clients; making sure clients are onboarded, managed and invoiced correctly.
• You use operational planning for forecasting and risk management; Aligning (sales) forecasts with workforce planning; You help our management team make informed decisions on operational risks.
• You will manage strategic (finance or operations) projects to improve overall business excellence.

Profiel werknemer

You are a strong communicator ready to guide our financial and operational processes into continuous excellence. You can work independently within our team, like to challenge the status quo, and are used to doing operational work while maintaining a high-level overview.

• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience working with an agency business model.
• Fluent in English; Dutch is pré.
