At Salonized, we are on a mission to make work beautiful for beauty professionals with our easy-to-use salon software. We believe we can transform the salon experience. About the job

You’ll work on a diverse set of projects where the conversation with users and prospects plays a central role. Being a great questioner and listening active to our leads are your superpowers. Which helps you discover the general sentiment of the usage of our product. Based on this found information you’ll strategically think along with the user on how to optimize their experience with Salonized which will lead to a thriving salon business. You are a proud bearer of the Make Work Beautiful Club and your contagious love for our product helps you woo your leads.

This position plays a crucial role in the growth of Salonized hence why we are looking for a sales hero who can call our warm leads and give demos to explain the benefits of Salonized and the opportunities it offers.

What you will be doing These are the key activities you are responsible for:

  • You will be responsible for achieving commercial targets by converting outbound leads into active users;
  • You will actively contact warm leads by phone;
  • You will be in contact with our current customer base to upsell our software;
  • You will work in a CRM system for reporting progress;
  • You will advise salons on how to optimize their business by using our software;
  • You will give new leads short demonstrations of our software;
  • You will follow up on your leads to track their performances;
  • You bring in new ways and ideas to achieve upgrades with our users.

  • You are customer-oriented and are highly motivated with good networking skills like the ability to set good arguments and be flexible in conversations;
  • You have a commercial and no-nonsense mindset and you are driven to fulfill goals and targets, as you have a big sales drive;
  • You like to think about improvements and innovations to create a better customer experience and know how to escalate issues;
  • First-hand experience in sales or account management is advantageous, preferably 2-3 years experience that you bring to the table;
  • You are fluent in Dutch and English;
  • It would be a big plus if you have affinity with the beauty industry.
