The name Scala was inspired by its Italian translation of the word ‘ladder’ as we simply always strive to go upwards. We have a strong and passionate team where our talents are part of the ‘familia’, which means that we collaborate together and combine forces to build and sustain strong personal brands.
About the job
- Trendwatching (from fashion to social media trends)
- Organize barters for talents
- Updating our website
- Maintaining Scala’s IG & TikTok page
- Assisting our talent agents on digital creator collaborations and model bookings
- Creating content with Scala talents
- Maintaining relations with international partner model agencies and building new relations with international agencies
- Office management
- Maintain and extend our client database
- Creating presentations and model portfolios
Dit is wie je bent
- Fashion branding, media, communication management related or creative student (hbo/wo-education)
- Photography and graphic design skills
- Eager to learn more about the model industry & influencer marketing
- A creative genius who likes to take initiative
- A go-getter with a positive mindset
- Excellent spoken and written knowledge of Dutch and English
- You are responsible and well-organized

- An internship for 5 days a week for a minimum of 5 months, starting July/September 2025
