Music Supervisor & Business Developer (Europe) bij Sizzer

Sizzer Amsterdam is on the lookout for a Music Supervisor // Business Developer (Europe) to upkeep and expand its clients based in Europe. As a Music Supervisor you will be responsible for providing our clients with creative and musical guidance. You’ll be the main representative of Sizzer abroad and therefore also the first point of contact for our (new) clients. Backed by a strong creative team of producers and coördinators, you’ll supervise the music productions we work on, all the time making sure that our client’s expectations are managed well. The main territory you’ll be active in will be Europe, from Sweden to Spain. So what is it really that you do? You’ll network, close deals, advise, help, plan, you troubleshoot, you talk and you think ahead. Exciting, right? This is a super influential role within our company for an outgoing, commercial and remarkable person with a huge knowledge of (the power of) music.

• You have a degree on higher education level (hbo/wo)
• You have a couple of year’s experience with sales in a similar position. Preferably in the advertising industry OR you surprise us with other relevant experience and a strong commercial radar that makes you great for this position
• You’re able to level and communicate with (film)directors, agency/brand creatives, editors and so on. Basically, you’re an intelligent person that gets along well with people in the creative industry
• You know the creative industry and are aware of all the events, brands, and campaigns out there
• Your passion for music goes (way) beyond listening to the radio or a moods playlist: you either occasionally rock the stage as a DJ, need to move to a bigger house due to your vinyl collection, or maybe you know how Bowie and Iggy became friends
• You’re a strong communicator and speak fluent English. Dutch, and/or another European language would be a bonus
• You are a big team player, and are always there to help out!
• You can handle (a healthy dose of) stress and can work even better under pressure
• You’re ambitious and have a passion to make it BIG
• Besides your love for music, you should have a keen interest in film as well. Add in a passion for advertising and you're golden
• Finally, you’re willing to travel frequently and love being on the road.
