Society of Lifestyle is looking for a Sales Coordinator. Reporting directly to our Dutch Country Manager. You become part of our Sales Department based in Ikast, Denmark, but will be sitting in our local office in Utrecht where you form a team for the Netherlands and Belgium, across all our brands: House Doctor, Nicolas Vahé, Meraki, and Monograph.
About the position
You support team NL/BE and ensure that all our customers get the best possible service from start to finish. You are responsible for the daily order flow, claims and overall support, as well as building relationships with our customers and creating sales opportunities. You cooperate closely with your colleagues to ensure the strong growth scope. You will also attend trade fairs and sales events throughout Europe. Welcoming our customers to our Studio’s presenting our new collections twice a year.
You are experienced within Sales and possess a thorough cultural knowledge which you can transform into strong relationships. Your ability to create a close relationship with our customers and colleagues is vital – we value cooperation based on mutual honesty and trust.
Giving the best possible service is simply part of who you are. You are great at reading people and situations, and you can adapt your communication accordingly, in order to build relations with existing and new customers.
You face issues head-on as they arise and solve them, finding help where necessary. You are ambitious and thrive on reaching our teams’ goals while finding a balance at the same time. As things move fast in Sales, you are good at forming an overview of tasks and prioritise.
- Native Dutch speaker
- Fluent in English, both writing and speaking
- Fluency in French is a plus not a must
- A good understanding of IT, Microsoft Office and Dynamics 365
- Knowledge of logistics is a plus
- Strong administrative skills
- Excellent communicator
- Problem solver with a Can-Do mentality
