The ideal candidate…
- has 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in a similar strategic / creative role.
- worked for a major publisher, digital service or social media agency. has experience in creating social strategies.
- has a positive attitude, is open-minded, communicative, energetic, sensitive and can motivate a creative team.
- has a deep understanding of social media and internet culture, is on top of the trends (AR, TikTok, Twitch, etc) and knows which direction the field will go.
- likes a challenge and is very passionate about bringing The Best Social to the next level.
- is sales minded and has experience in branded content.
- works structured and knows that working overtime is not the way to make the difference.
- is someone who likes to analyze statistics for new opportunities and learnings
- speaks English fluently and preferably knows Dutch and German (not necessarily).
