Wij verkopen design stadsfietsen door heel Europa zonder tussenkomst van fietsenmakers. Ons primaire verkoopkanaal is www.veloretti.com en daarnaast hebben we sinds kort een eigen Veloretti Brandstore in de Pijp Wij op zoek naar een Sales & Communicatie HERO die samen met collega’s deze store gaat runnen! VELORETTI zoekt Growth Specialist (Search/SEM)
Since 2012, Veloretti has been designing stylish, functional bicycles from the heart of Amsterdam. What began with a clear mission—to make timeless design accessible—has grown into a familiar sight on the streets of cities all across Europe.
Our collection now includes electric models, city bikes, and children's bikes for all ages. At Veloretti, we believe in simplicity, innovation, and the power of good design. About the job
As a Growth Specialist (Search/SEM), you combine deep technical knowledge of Google Ads and SEO platforms with a creative mindset. You are hands-on in developing and executing our performance marketing strategy, with a clear focus on dominating the search results (SEA & SEO). You have a strong sense of KPIs and business impact, constantly optimizing our paid and organic channels to capture demand and scale our growth.
Working within the Growth Team, you act as the bridge between data, strategy, and execution. You don't just report on numbers; you understand the why behind them and optimize the full funnel.
- Google Ads (SEA): you are the owner of our SEA strategy (Search, Shopping, PMax, YouTube). While our agency helps with execution, you determine the course, audit the accounts, and ensure our budget delivers maximum ROI.
- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): you drive organic growth. You define the roadmap for technical SEO and content, steering our external SEO agency and collaborating with internal teams to dominate search rankings.
- Marketplaces (Amazon & Bol): you manage our presence on Amazon.de and Bol.com. From advertising strategies to listing optimization, you ensure Veloretti wins the buy-box. You work closely with the Category Manager on stock, pricing strategies and account health.
- Analytics: you constantly analyze the customer acquisition journey. Using Google Analytics and other internal tools, you identify leaks in the customer acquisition funnel and propose A/B tests to improve conversion rates of your channels and campaigns.
Dit is wie je bent
You are a performance marketer who loves data but understands brand equity. You are not afraid to dive into the Google Ads account yourself, but you also know how to brief an agency to get the best results.
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing, specifically SEA and SEO. Experience with Amazon/Bol.com advertising is a strong plus.
- Tooling: deep knowledge of Google Ads, Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Merchant Center, and SEO tools (e.g., Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog).
- Mindset: commercial, analytical, and result-oriented. You dream in ROAS and CPA.
- Language: fluent in English. Proficiency in Dutch is a major advantage for our marketplace strategies.
