About the job
As (Senior) PR & Cooperations Manager (m/f/d) for Netherlands and Belgium you will help to shape our brand image by developing and implementing our PR & Cooperations strategy in close collaboration with the International PR Lead to proactively and creatively communicate the Westwing messages across all channels. This position is unlimited. WHAT YOU'LL DO
- pushing our seasonal marketing communication plan in direct collaboration with the International PR Teamlead
- leveraging existing media relationships and cultivating a strong network with local media, tastemakers, opinion leaders, and brands in the lifestyle/design and media industry
- securing high-level placements in different formats in the Netherlands and Belgium by identifying locally and internationally relevant PR topics and content for press
- handling all incoming requests plus monitoring, analysing and communicating PR results on a weekly basis
- organizing and executing possible events for our Westwing Collection
- raising brand awareness and positioning Westwing as a love brand through exciting creative and innovative brand partnerships in line with our brand identity and values
- planning, conceptualizing and executing homestories with celebrities and tastemakers
Dit is wie je bent
YOU COME WITH
- 3+ years in-house or agency work experience in global Lifestyle PR (Interior, Fashion, Beauty, Jewelry) or Media with broad experience in across a range of communications disciplines
- a very good network in the local and international media landscape as well as lifestyle and design industry combined with strong networking, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
- experience in designing and developing PR & Cooperation strategies including measuring and reporting with the ability to work with sensitive issues
- very good knowledge of Social Media and emerging channels
- fluent language skills in Dutch and English, French is a plus
