Social Media & Content Manager bij Younique Concepts
As an innovative hospitality company we do things a little differently in order to improve our business, and the hospitality industry as a whole. We embrace innovation, turning traditional business models upside down and creating our own groundbreaking versions. Rebellion is our middle name and we frequently ‘colour outside the lines’. We carry out profit sharing amongst our teams and are the first restaurateurs in the Dutch hospitality industry to implement this. Over the coming years, we will continue to build our renewed hospitality HR-model to retain and attract much-needed talent. In 2016 we opened our award-winning brand Pesca, and in 2019 we broke a crowdfunding record with this concept. We will continue to grow in 2021 by opening up new locations. And there is more. In 2017 we opened our second concept in Amsterdam, named de Tulp, and this will now be followed by the opening of three restaurants, a boutique hostel and a boutique hotel in 2021. Younique will focus on the growth of Pesca and the development of new strategic brands in the Netherlands, with a handful hospitality concepts lined-up already. About the job
Are you the skilled and creative Social Media & Content Manager we're looking for? As a Social Media & Content Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing the Social Media strategy and write for our websites and email newsletter. You will be part of the Marketing team and working closely together with the Marketing Project Manager and Brand & Public Relations Manager.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, curious, creative mind and determined personality, someone who shows persuasiveness and is results driven. You're independent, proactive, full of initiative and ideas, and willing to go the extra mile. You’re comfortable presenting your social media & content ideas and explaining creative strategies. This by combining strategic thinking with tactical execution. You’re a social media and content champion.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant discipline
- You're a really good writer: you know how to resonate with our community in both English and Dutch
- Ability to create storyboards, mood boards and visual briefs
- You're familiar with social media management tools such as Facebook Business Manager and you have experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Google Analytics and Wordpress
- You're excited to work in a startup environment
- Hospitality minded with strong communication skills
