10/10 is looking for a detail-driven Production Intern
Heart-pounding, reality-shifting, barrier-breaking, or phone-tilting good. A 10/10 film shows you something you’ve never seen before. Making such a film isn’t a science. It’s personal — a matter of taste, perseverance, and endless curating.
We are 10/10 — a director’s agency, a creative production company for bold (commercial) films and photography, and an inspiration platform for creatives. We believe in the power of film to amaze. We’re still a fresh, growing team and looking for a production intern excited to join a startup.
We’ve already worked with brands like Sony Music, PUMA, HOKA, and Air France KLM.
About the job
You’ll be working full-time from our Amsterdam office for at least 5 months. We’ll teach you everything about production, and you’ll get involved in projects from A to Z (pitch, pre-production, shoot, and post-production). You’ll prepare shoot days, find creative solutions to make the impossible possible, help with castings, scout locations, and keep things running smoothly with cast and crew. You’ll also create call sheets and plan logistics. You’ll assist on set during shoot days, working alongside the producer and production manager to ensure everything runs smoothly and is perfectly organized.

- You’re currently studying and looking for a full-time internship starting in February of September.
- You live within 45 minutes of Amsterdam.
- You have a passion for or interest in film and advertising.
- You’re proactive, with a true can-do attitude. You don’t just have to do it; you want to do it. Even when it means going the extra mile to make it a perfect 10.
- You’re organized and communicate clearly.
- You’ll be working with international clients, so fluency in both Dutch and English is essential.
- You have a European passport and driver’s license, this is non-negotiable!
Dit is wat je krijgt
By joining us, you’ll become part of a small but ambitious team of go-getters. You’ll work on exciting productions that are already lined up! You won’t just be tagging along; as a ‘production assistant,’ you’ll play a key role in the team. We’ll teach you how to produce film and photo shoots. It’s a hands-on experience full of responsibility and creativity! We offer a monthly internship allowance of 400 euros.
